FR - Naturopathy is Marie Grisolano's field of expertise.
A perfect blend of the human and the natural, naturopathy is also a reconversion for Marie, although natural healthcare has always been part of her previous professional and personal life.
LET'S TALK ABOUT NATUROPATHY
Early career
Marie arrived in the Gard region in 1999 after a career as a medical visitor for the pharmaceutical industry, and joined the world of nuclear energy.
After a few years in the environment and safety field, Marie took further training in ergonomics.
Today, her training in ergonomics is a perfect complement to her naturopathic practice, which she describes as ‘joyful and committed’.
Both educational and preventive, naturopathy is a synthesis of natural health methods. It is based on the laws of life to balance the body's functions, optimise vitality and regain, maintain or reinforce good health (Source).

Joyful, committed naturopathy
‘Why do I define my naturopathic method as ‘joyful and committed’, says Marie, ‘well... because it defines me completely. Joy is essential to me, it has always been at the centre of my life, my driving force. Beyond optimism, joy is a real source of strength, both in everyday life and at work.
For me, naturopathy is also a commitment to others, a total commitment to the customer’.
Between face-to-face appointments in Vénéjan or by videoconference, Marie also works 3 days a week as part of the team at the Rose Beauté by Sarah dermo-aesthetic centre in Pont-Saint-Esprit, where she offers the same services as in Vénéjan.
Structured in the 19th century with the hygienist movement, its name, ‘naturopathy’, comes from the English ‘nature's path’. was first recorded in the United States in the 1900s. In France, inspired by this movement, Pierre Valentin Marchesseau in the 1930s and more recently André Roux, laid the foundations of modern naturopathy (Source).

Naturopathy, instructions for use
‘To get off to a good start with naturopathy’, Marie explains, ’we start with a check-up (about 1 hour 30 minutes) and continue with advice and follow-up, all personalised of course. It's all tailor-made!
Massages complement this initial approach and should be considered as part of an overall approach. Lymphatic drainage, which detoxifies, allows the lymph vessels and lymph nodes to reawaken. Once unblocked, they help to eliminate toxins and refine and reshape the body as a whole’.
Marie Grisolano proposes treatments based on the Renata França method, a Brazilian method that has been recognised and appreciated since the 2000s. ‘Drainage is also a less demanding way of starting a natural health programme than a 100% naturopathic programme,’ adds Marie.
If you want to take naturopathy further, however, you may want to consider following a diet programme. Marie's little extra? Recipe ideas that are easy to make and delicious to eat. A 100% culinary approach that's also 100% gourmet, skilfully combining Marie's other passion, cooking, with her work as a naturopath.
Good to know: Marie takes part in weekends and other events focusing on health, naturopathy and healthy cooking, such as these workshops on kimchi. A nomadic cuisine that has everything to seduce. Who knows, who's next, the creation of a brand entirely devoted to healthy home products? We'd love to!
