For Stéphanie, opening an events agency was an obvious choice.

Originally from Saint-Emilion, living in Uzès since 2004, Stéphanie has a degree in management and accountancy.

Adding to that, ‘catering has always been a part of my life, although it hasn't always been my real job, apart from the 3 years I spent working for Jérôme Nutile on seminars. What's more, having worked for 4 years as an extra at weddings, company dinners, etc, means that ,today I can offer a meticulous service that's totally adapted to my customers‘ expectations’ explains Stéphanie.

‘Setting up my own agency has taken me from the shadows into the light. After training as a private and professional event organiser and wedding planner at the Mariella agency in Nîmes, which consolidated my knowledge, I set up in Montaren-et-Saint-Médiers and now cover the whole of the Uzège region and neighbouring departments.

I decided not to specialise,, so I can adapt myself to any event, private or professional, and to any number of guests'.

Planning an event

‘You ask me how long it takes to organise an event? It's hard to answer... given that each project requires many hours of preparation. Let's say for example that, for a wedding from the beginning to the end, it generally takes a minimum of 150 hours' explains Stéphanie.

There are many different stages to consider... First, the meeting(s) with the client, to understand the expectations. Then comes the search for service providers - some of whom Stéphanie has worked with for many years, including the caterer, the photographer, the venue, the decorations, the florist, the music, with or without a DJ...

Once all this has been planned, Stéphanie take care of the day(s), knowing that she will stay by your side and coordinate the whole event.
