FR - Brémond Fils, a gourmet shop set up at the entrance to Uzès town centre opposite Place Albert 1er, offers French local product showcasing authentic know-how in a decor that combines attention to detail, a carefully thought-out interior layout and a play of light that invites you to take a relaxing break.
Passionate artisans
Whether you have a sweet or savoury taste, the boutique, the brand's 21st flagship, is very generous when it comes to delighting the palate.
Extra virgin olive oils, a conservatory cuvée with ‘50 varieties of ancient olives’, classic or balsamic vinegars (for the more curious, try flavoured balsamics such as the mango one, or the tasty aged black balsamic), a host of condiments, terrines of course, queens of petits-fours, but also spreads for gourmet hors-d'oeuvres...
And there's truffles, one of our region's best product (read our paper on The Syndicat des producteurs de truffes du Gard (Gard Truffle Producers' Union)), with a host of derivatives such as truffle salt and artichoke delight.
Founded in 1830 in Aix-en-Provence, Brémond Fils is the eponymous brand of Maison Brémond 1830 delicatessen, which is part of the Territoire de Provence Group since 2015.

On the sweet side, the traditional confectionery keeps its promise of sweetness, like its nougats, chocolate-covered almonds or almond cream, pralines or praline supreme. That's all we have to say! Then there are fruit jellies, croquants, flavoured navettes, calissons and other gourmet organic infusions, 8 unique creations to enjoy at any time of day. The olive leaf infusion is surprising in more ways than one.
The best part? The wellbeing and decorative products refine the brand's taste for quality: natural cosmetics like the fragrant handmade soaps that perfume the boutique, plant-based candles ‘made from 100% natural ingredients, without GMOs, palm oil, mineral wax or paraffin’, and a surprise photophore carved like an olive tree, a ‘metal light holder with a refined golden design containing 24 delicacies and original treatments based on the art of living in the Mediterranean’. Once empty, a candle slips inside. Just the thing for the festive season!
‘Brémond is a partner of the Act for Planet association (whose aim is to take action for life in our region), Brémond is committed to preserving the climate, by supporting actions for regenerative agriculture and the protection of biodiversity’. and the protection of biodiversity’.

The range is rounded off by a fine selection of kitchen accessories: designer olive-wood utensils, of course, and elegant oil dispensers...
The icing on the cake is the recipes shared online, so you can prepare delicious dishes like a chef, from cocktails (the tasty festive lemon/pomegranate punch) to desserts (try the fig and almond tart), starters (hummm the cauliflower and black garlic velouté), main courses (try the capon supreme with truffle) and snacks (like the citrus cake).
